We are using SMA-SM 2018.08 Service Portal in Mixed Mode Scenario 1 with SM 9.61. We need to following requirements to be addressed.
1. Need to change the Login Page of the Service Portal Login (There are steps to change the login page for the CDF but it is not reflecting in Service Portal Landing Page).
2. When the user request the service catalog items, the user option details page comes first and then the second pages shows the Order Name and Purpose of Ordering. We need to remove this page. The user should simply click submit after entering the userOption details. Attached the screenshot.
3. If this cannot be removed, then we should change the field labels of Order Name and Purpose of the Ordering. The same applies to default SM Support Catalog as well.
4. Performing Approval Delegation via new SMA Service Portal. The documentation says it is possible but no such options there.
