sm940 stuck tickets

We've been running into an issue where reopening a record (transition back to logging), sometimes the record gets stuck. By this I mean it didnt fully transition to the correct phase (guessing due to validation inconsistencies with old tickets new workflow), there's no save button, therefore cant update with the rad debugger either. Any way to fix these tickets within the application?

    try to open the record using admin form - Save button is usually available from those form.

    db> Form: im.broswse;  (check the Administration mode checkbox below) - This will open the form > search for the record, Incident on this sample. Save button is usually available.
