  • Hi KK11,

I am not sure if it is the same error, we were facing.

But our error could be solved by updating the falcon operator record.

It is necessary to use the operator "falcon" and this user has to be in a timezone starting with "US*". We were using the timezone "US/Mountain" although the date format need to be an US format like "mm/dd/yy" and the Language has to be set up to "English".

Reason: In the 9.41 Application Upgrade a ScriptLibrary Function is used which is printing some update messages. Inside of this function the timestamp is reformated and the function is only designed for the usage of the US timezone. There is although some update function which is checking if the current user is "falcon" otherwise it will run into an error.

    Guys,

This issue solved by applying first 9.41 RTE patch and then followed by 9.41 Application Patch.

    Thanks.
