SRC Customization - Update button and attachments

Dear all,

I'd like to know if it is possible to customize Services requests items in SRC allowing users to "update" their requests (and in case add also an attachment file) as for Support requests. Is there any setting to change inside HPSM or do I need to modify any config file of SRC web folder?
