please explain me how to create notification in HPSM and how it works and where it store ?

In a nutshell: There is a notification table. In this table, there is a record for each action (For example, Incident Add, Incident Update, Incident Close). When that action occurs, SM looks up the specific action record for whatever just occured. Then it goes through each line of the notification record to determine if it needs to send the notification listed on the line.
