In my environment, SM and OMW is integrated. There is Automated Monitoring as well. If any issue having Severity 1 raises, then an alert will come to HPSM and HPSM will send Critical Email Notification to particular assignment group. It was working fine till last month. SUddenly it stopped working for particular 4 assignment groups. Users are not getting any email against Automated Monitoring Incidents.
Please let me know how to troubleshoot this particular issue. It has become a show-stopper for me.
