im trying to assign some new number format to some set of tickets (like PD123456).
I have created a new number sequence and im calling the same from ruleset "im.init.ticket_ID.delay".
But it is not taking the new series.
We have category to workflow mapping.
When we create a new category for IM, we also provide the workflow it has to follow.
for "XYZ" category, we have created a custom workflow and for that we want the number format as "PD12345".
I have created a custom ruleset, which calls PD sequence.
