Create a new Link Type for the Related Records tabs, relate existing Interactions to one Interaction

Hello there,


I need to relate existing interactions (SD0001) to open interactions (SD00002), we have the Related Records tab in the interaction form but it only allows to relate incidents, changes, problems, knowledge , requests. Im using Service Manager 9.40

Do you know if this is possible? Can you please please please help me?
