We are currently in the midst of migrating existing 9.33.0035 PDCP4 system to 9.41 version.
During the upgrade, we saw some errors which were fixed by HP since it was a known error.
However after successful migration we are noticing something weird in our system.
The change management application has not been migrated correctly, the menu for CM are shown as similar to the legacy system before our 9.33 version.
This is very weird and also things like approvals,activities, Related records, workflow tab are all blank or not working.
Did anyone face similar kind of issue after upgrade ?
