Remove Suspend option

Hi,

 

I have tried to edit the global list of the interaction.status but its not working. who has an idea of what am not doing or doing wrongly?

  • Assuming that you're on Process Designer Help Desk:

     

    Status values in the PD Help Desk modules are determined by:

    1. The authorized status list in the user's Service Desk security role(s). If a user has multiple roles, the least restrictive role takes precedence.

    2. The current phase: the script library record named "custom" generates the base list of statuses in a phase.

     

    To remove Suspend for all users, you could edit the custom script sextions for the SD module, removing it from the listed vslues.

     

    To remove Suspend for only some users, update their security roles to restrict them to authorized statuses.
