We use Connect-it as a ticketing system if a system errors it sends an XML email to one of 3 organizational inboxes. One there connect it scenerios extract the XML tags it needs, creates a ticket and sends it to our ticketing system. For the last few years this system ran well until we migrated the 2 of the inboxes to an o365 cloud enviornment. Now the one not in the o365 still automatically does it's job, however the 2 migrated onse do not. They will manually produce the ticket if the scenerio is ran, but will not automatically do it as it has in the past. We have Connect-It 9.30, a scenrio for each of the inboxes that has not changed in years. Any thoughts?
