Will Connect-IT integrate with Office 365 cloud services? Our organization move from Lotus Notes to a cloud based Office 365 Implementation. We have a scenario currently still using the old lotus envirnoment until we can figure out a solution with our new email.
Our scenario currently looks at a service desk mail box and then logs interactions in HPSM based on data in the email automatically.
Has anyone successfully done something of the sort with connect it and cloud based office 365?
