Interaction list fields not updated.

Hello,

we have just upgraded our service manager to the process design mood and since then in interactions, some list fields are not getting updated with the selected values, rather are set to their defaults.

the thing is that I could not find any place where these default values are set.

I have checked the format control and form designer, and it all seemed fine.

any idea, what should I look into or where there might be something wrong? knowing that this was working beforethe upgrade.
