90.30.3 Process Designer Patch Upgrade Error

Hi All,

while trying to upgrade PD from 90.30.2 to 90.303 we are getting errors as shown below:

And also we are not able to access the change Module.

it gives this error:

Here is my current system information:

ServiceManager RTE server version: 9.33.4005
ServiceManager database : SQL 2008
RTE ServiceManager client version: 9.32.0035
Web Service Server: Apache Tomcat 8.0.32

  • Did you clean up the leftovers from the previous PD upgrade? Having files in application table like NEWCPcalendar sounds like you have not done this. Upgrade manual hints: "Type *aapm.upgrade.purge in the Service Manager client command text box and then press Enter."

    This should clean up the files that SM keeps "just in case" from a previous upgrade process. If this does not work, there's no other way (that I know) than to do the same manually:

    1) Use Database Manager and go to file application

    2) search for files that start with "newcp" and delete those manually.

    There are probably other tables in need of cleaning as well, so you'd better prepare for intensive hunt of NEWCP... files.

    What comes to your second problem, I expect it will vanish after you get the content pack upgrade process properly finished. Until that, it's not a miracle seeing error messages in different places.
