We have a requirement of populating the catalog item in the email when raising SRC tikets, i have tried the below option , but this populates the value only when the ticket is raised from client directly and not from SRC. We require the catalog item field name in interaction so the same could be populated in the email.
Eg: if request is raised for " Password reset" in SRC , then in incidents when triggeirng the email it should populate " Password reset" , need to understand what is the field name that populates this value.
