Service Manager and OMI Integration [Max dao_threadsperprocess reached]

 

Hi,

       I tried to make HP SM and HP OMI integration  and all incidents opened correctly and integration done but after one week the tickets not opened in SM and i found this in SM Log:

 

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Max dao_threadsperprocess reached.

                at com.hp.ov.sm.server.utility.DAOThreadPool.addRequestToQueue(DAOThreadPool.java:192)

                at com.hp.ov.sm.dao.DAORequestPasser.doRequest(DAORequestPasser.java:59)

                ... 58 more

com.hp.ov.sm.common.core.DAOException: Exception occurred doing Create

                at com.hp.ov.sm.dao.DAORequestPasser.doRequest(DAORequestPasser.java:86)

                at com.hp.ov.sm.dao.DAOImpl.doRequest(DAOImpl.java:369)

 

  and the system will open the tickets after restarting service. I tried to change the value of

 

dao_threadsperprocess: 1000  in sm.ini but still the same behaviour . one week work and then stop oppening tickets until restart.
