Protected Email Integration in HPSM using Connect-IT

Hello experts!

For the e-mail integration in HPSM we are using Connect-IT v. 9.5.1, and we have an issue regarding e-mails with digital signatures.  

For the security reasons some of our users are using digital signatures in their e-mails (but they don`t encript them), and when they sent e-mails to our HPSM to raise a service ticket , Connect-IT could not correctly process athacmnets in such letters: when service desk team open this request, they can see only smime.p7m attachment incide.

How could we set up an S/MIME support for Connect-IT? Thank you for your assistance regarding this metter!
