I would like to move all closed Incident tickets from an HPSM instance version 9.3 to a newer one 9.4.
Do I export the data from db to an excel file and upload in the new HPSM, how exactly would it be done, what table do I look for?
I have the option to use ConnectIT, but I am not familiar with it, any ideas how it can be done via that?
Or any other suggestions?
