Invoking status change through WSDL

Hi Experts,

We have requirement of user clicking on "Yes" or "No" when resolved email is sent to them, When user click on "Yes" then the ticket status should be set to " Closed" and when clicking "No" the incident ticket should be set to Work in progress. Does you have the steps handy and whether it could be acheived through incident WSDL webservices?.


A Hyperlink is created in HTML template for clicking "Yes" or "No" , how should the action be invoked and how could the extaccess table be updated with the fields.
