jgroup error in Horizontal scaling

Hi All,

SMA - SM
service Manager 9.52
Service Portal 2018.08

we are using 2 SM servers on Horizontal scaling and Connect IT for Inbound integration.

My Connect IT stops creating emails after aprox 12 hours and  below error message is found in the SM logs,  as I understand jgroups are used for communication within the sm servers in  horizontal scaling.

I checked for tunnelling in the servers and removed unwanted adaptors still we are facing these issue, has someone face similar issue and found solid solution
