we are experiencing some issue selecting some tickets. We receive the followwing error message:
Request Response Size Exceeds Java Memory Threshold
These tickets have a big update.action field (from ~3MB to ~6MB) due to a lot of update done via email.
If we update theses ticket using our email implemenation we do not have any problem. If we try to retrieve these tickets both from Web and Windows Client we receive the error message.
The only way to access to these ticket is using the "administrative mode" and a light form (no vj, dvd, etc..)
Any idea? Do I need to increase the Java Heap Size ?
