Arabic text not reflecting in SubArea only in interaction ticket

Hi guys,

We are usin HPSM 9.4 version, 

Issue : In a new interaction ( SDXXXX) the SubArea items are not reflecting in Arabic texxt, Where as in the same interaction when we fill in the Area field it relects in both Arabic and English as configured.

But when we escalate the ticket to incident, Both SubArea field reflects in Arabic which is normal.

Kindly advise.
