Error attempting to open file ir.incidents in write mode

Text searching is not working.

I checked the scirexpert table and it is empty.

I checked the ir. log file and I found the following error messages that stands out:

Error attempting to open file ir.incidents in write mode

Does anyone knows how to resolve this issue?  Would appreciate any ideas.

We're using SM9.33 on a Windows 2012 OS.

  • Try to regen IR for incidents table.

    If you will do some changes in sm.ini or sm.cfrg don't forget to restart sm application server.
