Can SNMP Traps be sent directly to Service Manager 9

Hi,

Does anyone know if SNMP traps can be sent directly to HP Service Manager?  Or do we need to use a product to handle the SNMP traps like Sitescope or HP Openview.  And then those products will be the one to integrate with HP Service Manager to raise the incidents.

Would appreciate any thoughts/ideas on this.

    Upon investigation on Help Server, I only get a result in an example.
    Check this link to get further information.

    I also searched in more of our knowledgebases, and what I got is a ticket from Support team that states this requires a high customization level even for Support team.

    In that case, I will encourage you to reach R&D team and work with them on this. If you accept this solution, go to this Forum and open a thread.
