Oracle Enterprise Manager integration with HP SM9.3 - showing warning Field is not known

Hello Everyone.

We are using HPSM9.3 but with binary version only of SM7.11.

There is a team that is integrating the Oracle Enterprise Manager with our HPSM9.3 system using the OOB WSDL servername:port/.../IncidentManagement.wsdl.

The log file is showing the following:

Data for field 'Subcategory' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'ProductType' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'ProblemType' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'PrimaryAssignmentGroup' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'InitialImpact' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'IncidentDescription' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'BriefDescription' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'JournalUpdates' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known
Data for field 'OracleConnectorId' in 'instance' is being ignored. Field is not known

But if I use SOAPUI using the values that the Oracle Enterprise Manager is using, the incident is successfully created.

Would appreciate any ideas on what could be the issue why the Oracle Enterprise Manager is unable to create the incident.

    can you get the XML file of what exactly they are sending from Oracle application? This will help you find out which fields with what values they are sending to HPSM. To me it looks like they are sending some extra values which HPSM is unbale to recognise. You can post the xml that they are sending or the xml that HPSM is recieving for detailed analysis.
