Approval Issue

Hi Team,


We are facing a strange issue. Post raising a ticket it goes for L1 approval so now if the L1 approval denies then it should ideally not go to the 2nd level  approval. But it is going to the L2 approval even after denying the request. Can some 1 please guide what to do here?

Also is there any way to check if the notifications are triggered successfully? I mean notification logs?
