[Online Expert Day] Changing an operator's default view

Hi experts,  ¿How can the sysadmin change the default view, just for one or more operators?. Everyone has the Todo "My Group's Todo list" when connecting to SM as the default queue/view (SM 9.34)

    A customized View is defined as the default in the  Interaction Queue.

    Solution
    The product is working as designed, because the client will remember the last working View and display it on the next logon.
     
    To display default View for SM user whenever they login, perform the following  customization
     
    1.  On formatctrl select login.DEFAULT
     
    2.  Under subrountines enter the following:
     
    application name: scm.advanced
    names:     values:
    name        incidents
    text           your default View's name
     
    3.  Please fill the conditions also.
