Audit history in IM tickets.. nothing is going.

Hello,

In our HPSM 9.4, I don't see any audit history. I already checked auditspecs and it is good for probsummary table.

I have one question though, how many entries should we have for probsummary in activityaction table?
I have 3 records on my instance where this issue is there.
I have 5 records on my local computer where this issue isn't there.
Can I take unl from local computer and import to server?

Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
