We are importing records from other tool to service manager through text files using Text import wizard calling from schedulers. (Automated for every 30 minutes).
SOmetime due to some issues, scheduler fails to run. as it is 30 mins scheduler it is very difficult to check whether it got processed succesfully or not. Is there any way to send mail to us whenever it gets failed? or is there any easy way to track that?
Any Suggestion are highly appreciated.
