Null value of svc.options in Incident Table

Hi Experts, 

ALL Interaction tickets we have with related records of IM's(probsummary) are having values in the field svc.options.

But for ALL Interaction tickets having related records of Change(cm3r) and Quotes(ocmq). We have a Blank/NULL values in the field svc.options in the "incidents table".

Can you please guide where we need to check this.. Thank you in advance.
