I am using SM 9.52 Classic version. We have integration with OMI. SO all the alerts which come to OMI mailbox, are converted into an INCIDENT ticket through Email-to-Incident Connect IT. Now the issue is, because they do not create incident manually, they are not getting "Incident Registered" email from SM. But whenever the incident is updated, email is coming. In "IM Open" notification entry, I have set the condition to "true" . Still its not coming. Not even getting stored in eventout.
Is there any solution for this ? Thanks in advance.
