About Integration SM with BDM Mapping

Hi All ;

I have a question for you . We created integration with Service Manager with BDM Mapping Integration. 

1. BDM side can create ticket to Service Manager.  I  want to update or close this tickett how can i do  from SM to BDM side . like Trigger ?? i dont find any document about it ? 

2. How can i set SN Default Value in my integration (Example ) ??
