filter Sd ticket which had related or escalated ticket


Do like to check with Out of the box demo data and struture, is there any field which we can use to filter interaction ticket (SD) which had related or escalated ticket?

Or customization is required to have this kind of filtering ?

    Hi Soong, 

    For filter interaction, you can do it in advance filter tab.

    Then press add new filter criteria. the list of possible filter field will be appeared and you can choose it whatever you need. 

    However, this is OOB, and if you need to filter which ticket is related or escalated, I believe that we will need customization for the filter part.
