SmartEmail: "This email is already in the table"

I use Smart Email HP
Sometimes it happens that a mail message is not processed due to some error. After the elimination of the error, this message is still not accepted by the system, since it is “already in the table”. Where can I find this table and how can I delete such records?

    These are not processed tasks. They were queued for downloading messages, but for some reason, this did not happen.
    It is necessary to clear the entire contents of the table.
    [SMARTEMAILIMAPSTOREM1]
    Then, SmartEmail comes after them again and processes them.

    Also, you need to comment out these lines in the "SmartEmailManager" script:
