SmartEmail ErrorCode 505: Update failed, interaction does not support updating


Now I have the SmartEmail integration instance in SM 9.50

I want to set up "interaction" admission to the work of a specialist from the Email message.

By offline instruction, I added a button to the form and set up action.

I'm interested in the "Сategorization" phase - > "Work In Process" by email action. 

As I understand, I need to enable the current status to receive the update. Could you tell me please how to do this?
