I require urgent support to configure multiple SLA for different companies. Note we don't have multi tenancy feature on the system.

First of all, you need to select a SLA model. To pick a right model please read
SLA Implementation Best Practices
remove the default SLA part and rather configure independenty.
Put field in company table and based on this field and company name configure condition in your sla. Populate values from company table to your tikcet and from ticket condition configure your sla condition.
