We have integration between OMi and SM. If there is any devices goes down automatically ticket is created on SM. Once the ticket created as P3, Our service desk change the prority to P4. The same will be reflected on OMI console.
When the ticket closed as auto close the prority takes to intitate status which is P3. If the team does manual close the the prority remains as P4.
We are using SM 9.33 P3. Can anyone help on this issue.
