We have a multi-tenant environment. Each Client has a specific Problem Category/Workflow & specific Problem Tasks Category/Workflow.
The issue is that when the Problem Manager clicks on "create Task" button on a specific problem/client, all the problem tasks categories appear in the list.
My question is, how can we specify for example that a Problem Task category X is related to Problem Category/Workflow X
Problem Task Y is related to Problem Category Y and so on.
In Change Management this option is available when creating a Change Task. But in Problem Management it's not.
Can someone please help?
