Experts, I need your help please.
We want to use the Internal Survey feature in SM, but I have some question.
We want to send a Survey Email to the Service Recipient when the Interaction is closed. However there is a requirement that this Service Recipient can receive only 1 Survey Email per week.
So is there a way that we can combine the Emails triggered for the Survey with the Survey Schedulers?
If yes, how can we do it?
I created a scheduled survey & set all the conditions.
I also added a RuleSet (send.survey) when the ticket is closed.
But the thing is that everytime the email notification is triggered. It's not taking the condition from the scheduled survey "Do not send a user a new Survey for one week"
Can you please let me know what am I doing wrong ?
