I have a created a Connect IT scenario to read an email and create an incident ticket in HPSM, using Incident Management web services.
Ticket is getting created successfully.
I have followed KM Document "https://softwaresupport.hpe.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM00439047" and mapped attachment, now i am able to fetch the attachment from an email, but it is not working if the email is having multiple attachments., only one attachment is getting fetched, and also if there is any screenshot in the email also not getting captured.
i have gone through couple of forum threads, but didn't get correct input what exact additional configuration required.
it would be a great help if someone can helpw with an idea or advise.,
