SLO Response not created

We had the sla background process down for few hours. The incidents created during this time have no slo response created even after the sla background process started running. There are close to 500 such incidents. How can the slo response record created for these incidents

    We need the SLA trace to identify the root cause. Please stop sla background process in system status, and run the process by command line instead. Reproduce the issue, and send back sla.log for investigation.
