Change in Service Request Category is in "Work In Progress" Status.
I change the Status to "Suspended" for example to be suspended until 13/12/2015 09:00:00.
When checking after 09:00:00, the Change did not automatically unsuspend.
It stays in "Suspended" Status and can only be unsuspended and moved back to Work In Progress manually.
The background unsuspending will be executed in the scheduler.
You can check
1. whether the unsuspending schedule is created.( soemthing wrong lead the unsuspending schedule is not created)
2. whether the schedule is not executed by background process. (the process is not started)
When i Suspended the Change, a Schedule Record was created.
This Schedule Record disappeared once the Suspension time was up (it was Suspended until 17/03/2016 14:43:00 our time).
Change is still "suspended" and can only be unsuspended manually.
It appears that Alert or Background process are not picking up the unsuspension code.
I have received attached information from HP Support which relates to Incidents, not Changes. The problem is that there are no instructions in this information what the fix would be.
