HP Service Manager crashes and "Sorry, you are not authorized to access the specified resource" message appears if user tries to update an incident with comments or attachments and click on "save"
Would this be related to user permissions? Would it be that their account they access the network might be corrupted (users log on to their network with a temporary profile due to their regular one being corrupted).
Issue is in Web client (where users have access). I tried this with one incident and same issue as regular user. When i did same thing (updated and "Save" the incident) in Web client using my admin account, no issue.
Serveral users afected.
