I just learned about the Universal Search option that is a box you can type in Inicdet/change/problem/etc. IDs in from the main service manager page.
I went into System Administration > Base System Configuration > Mis > System Information Definition > General tab and selected the checkbox "Enable Universal Search".
For good measure I restarted the Service Manager service.
But when we sign into the web client, we do not see any new search bar/box.
We are on SPSM 9.40.
