I need to know how to change automatic the status of a request ticket when i change the support group.

I tried in the FC, but it was not working. i attache the line.

    To update the status of records could be many methods:

    use script in FC

    use script in Trigger

    use loaction nd ioevent.

    what i am not sure is how to create the script based on support group, you need to define what criteria to call to any group.
