KM SOLR Search Engine Reindex Result -1


Hi guys,

I understand that there is no support for version 9.40, but a customer is still using this version. A few days ago I installed KM Solr 9.40, I configured the parameters according to the installation guide but when I try to index the libraries (Incident_Library, Interaction_Library, KnownError_Library, Problem_Library) it shows an error (evidence file attached), but if I index the Knowledge_Library record this does not happen.

The port has communication and works, the Java version works, in the Knowledge Management configuration, I did the test by connecting the search engine and it did not show any error.

Can you help me to know what is the solution or if any of you had this situation.

    I suggest you to collect more information's in the Service Manager log files.

    The screenshot is not really helpfull.

    The connection has been resolved.
    The connection records in SM that had been configured were deleted, the KM service was restarted and reconfigured in SM, in this way it was possible to make the connection between the services again.
