SMA Service Portal 2021.11 with Service Manager 9.64 environment, having Smart analytics enabled for search catalog items.
When searching catalog items in Service Portal, it appear to be sense sensitive. for example, when search for "Dell", all items will appear, but when search "dell" it does not return any results.
The Smart search on Service Manager agent portal works fine.
It would be appreciated if anyone knows there is case sensitive configuration for SMA service portal?
