I was trying to do the same many years ago. I discovered that all forms are stored as records in the format table.

e.g. in fd, there is a form called dept.g

If you go to db and look up the format table, search on format name of dept.g and you can then unload this dept.g form and load it elsewhere.

I love everything in SM is in the db. Just a matter of finding where it lives in the db.

And I have this problem, I made a clone of the version 9.52 database and I installed the 9.62 version on another server and connected to the clone database, but the custom forms did not load.

I'm struggling with the database. hhh

That's strange. Data is data, Assuming your db cloning worked, the data should be there and accessible. Check your clone db "format" table and search the "format.name" field (I'm guessing the field name here) for the name of your custom forms and see if it is there but somehow not accessible. Good luck.
