ISSUE WITH KNOWLEDGE BASE EDIT USING THE IMPORT OPTION

Hi Everyone.

I am new on here.

So I have been trying to use the import option on the knowledge base feature of the arcsight to create new article but i am having setbacks. For instance, even after selecting my preferred editor, I can't launch it to import whatever I had previously created, it keeps bringing error message.

I hope to receive a detailed guideline on how to create a new article using the "import" option rather than the reference option.
