Reports of Interaction Records



For HP SM9.40 Reporting, which of the "source data" and "report category" can help us to get the following output, we are looking for reports of interaction records in servicedesk module



1. Affected services


2. Total logged


3. Resolved/Closed


4. Pending


4. SLA Status



if the above requires the use of query builder, could you please share the exact script to get the same.


Also, in the SLA status column, we are looking the status for the already configured two types of SLA's (Response & Resolution ) for Interaction Records, how do we get the status of both of the SLA's
